Ingredients

Momo dipping sauce

  1. Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
  2. Rice /Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon
  3. Water 1 tablespoon.
  4. Sugar ½ tablespoon
  5. Homemade Chili oil 1tablespoon
  6. Sesame Seed Oil 1 teaspoon
  7. Sesame Seed
  8. Spring onions 1 tablespoon

For chili oil

  1. Chili flakes 2 tablespoons
  2. Red chili powder 1 tablespoon
  3. Sesame seed 1 teaspoons
  4. Salt to 1/4 teaspoons 
  5. Hot oil ½ cup

Instructions

Momo dipping sauce

  1. First, take a mixing bowl and add soya sauce, then add rice or apple cider vinegar (Don't use white vinegar ). After that, add water, Sugar, homemade chili oil and mix it very well.
  2. Then add sesame seed oil, sesame seed, and spring onions. Now mix all the ingredients properly.
  3. Now the Momo dipping sauce is ready. I hope you like it.

For chili oil

  1. First, In a bowl, add chili flakes, red chili powder, sesame seed, and salt, then mix it well.
  2. In this mixture, add hot oil that heats for 3 to 4 minutes. It’s fried all ingredients and gives a good flavor and aroma.
  3. Now the chili oil is ready, so you can store it like this or filter it and store it in a glass container for 1 to 2 months.
