Ingredients

  1. Fresh Coriander 1 cup
  2. Roasted Chana dal 2 tbsp
  3. Ginger 1 inch
  4. Garlic cloves 3 medium size
  5. Green chili 2 pieces
  6. Black pepper 4 nos
  7. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  8. Mustard oil 1 tbsp.
  9. Sugar ½ tsp
  10. Chilled water ¼ cup or as required (For grinding)
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. First, take fresh coriander and separate the coriander stems.
  2. Wash the leaves and transfer them to a blender jar.
  3. Add roasted Chana dal, ginger, garlic, green chili, black pepper, sugar, and salt.
  4. Also, add lemon juice, mustard oil, and chilled water.
  5. Grind them and make a fine paste.
  6. Transfer in a serving bowl, and serve it with your Kebabs, Pakora, Dosa, or any fried dish.
